The TAYP retreat is an opportunity to bring Tunisian Americans to the Seattle area. Attendees will hear inspiring success stories, take stock of TAYP opportunities and accomplishments, exchange with influential leaders and like-minded participants, and strengthen their professional network and community.

The retreat will offer a rich program with guest speakers, discussions, as well as entertainment and fun activities, including a Gala Dinner, musical performances and beachside activities. The agenda will be announced on April 1, 2024.

Scheduled for May 18, 2024, the retreat will be held in Seattle, WA, at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, spanning from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM. We extend a warm invitation to all Tunisian American community members and their families to actively take part in the event.

TAYP has negotiated preferred rates with Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn an 8 minute walk from the venue

Early Bird (before March 31st):
• Participants without hotel accommodation: $200/participant
• Participants with a hotel night and free breakfast at the Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn on Saturday, May 18:
- Single Room & Registration Fees: $410 per participant
- Double Room & Registration Fees: $610 for two participants

Regular Registration (from April 1st to May 2):
• Participants without hotel accommodation: $250/participant
• Participants with a hotel night and free breakfast at the Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn on Saturday, May 18:
- Single Room & Registration Fee: $510 per participant
- Double Room & Registration Fee: $780 for two participants

Optional add-on fees:
- For those arriving Friday May 17, we have negotiated a preferred rate with the hotel of $205/room (including taxes and paypal fee) for a limited number of rooms
- A $150 meals only package is available for partners/children who are not attending the meeting sessions. This package includes lunch, dinner, all taxes as well as paypal fee. Children under 12 are free.
