In March, The Project for Middle East Democracy in association with TAYP and other groups, prepared a letter sent to Secretary Kerry signed by a diverse group of high-profile voices from across the political spectrum—including four former U.S. Ambassadors to Tunisia, six former Assistant Secretaries of State, eight former Members of the House and Senate—called for the United States to do much more to support Tunisia, including increasing foreign assistance considerably and establishing a USAID Mission. This letter was published ahead of Prime Minister Jomaa’s April 2014 visit to Washington DC at the invitation of President Obama.
You can find the letter below. One of the co-signers is our Board Chairman, Mohamed Malouche.
